For planning, we suggest that an average adult enjoys approximately ½ lb of protein and ½ lb of sides per meal.
Example For 50 guests, you’ll need about 25 lbs of meat and 25 lbs of sides.
Sandwich Tip: If serving sandwiches, plan for 3 people to share 1 lb of meat. Thus, for 60 people, you’d need 20 lbs of meat and 30 lbs of sides.
This is priced per person and includes meat, sides and sauce delivered to your event in aluminum serving pans. 40 guest minimum.
With the Event Delivery & Setup option, we’ll deliver and set up a buffet for your guests to serve themselves. This package includes disposable plates, silverware, and all necessary catering equipment (Sterno heaters, chafing racks, tongs, etc.). A minimum of 40 guests is required.

Our staff will serve your guests for up to 2 hours and handle cleanup and teardown afterward. Premium chafers, burners, plates, napkins, silverware, and serving utensils are included. A minimum of 40 guests is required.
